At Blaze Infinity, we provide both digital services (teaching materials, influencer campaigns, content creation) and physical products (printed learning materials, merchandise, or other agreed items). This policy explains how we deliver our services and products to clients.

Digital Materials & Services
- Learning Materials: Digital resources, teaching content, and online training modules are delivered electronically via email, secure cloud links, or other agreed platforms.
- Content Creation & Campaigns: Promotional content, influencer campaigns, and video deliverables are provided digitally within agreed timelines.
- Access: Clients receive direct access to completed digital files once the service is delivered.
Physical Products
- Shipping Coverage: Physical items (e.g., printed guides, merchandise) are shipped to the address provided by the client.
- Couriers: We use trusted courier services to deliver physical goods. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the clientβs location.
- Tracking: When available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
- Responsibility: Clients must provide accurate shipping details. Blaze Infinity is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

- Custom Projects: Timelines are agreed upon before work begins.
- Digital Deliveries: Usually provided instantly after completion, or within the agreed schedule.
- Physical Deliveries: Standard shipping timelines vary (typically 5β14 business days depending on location). Delays may occur due to courier or customs processes.
- Revisions (if applicable): Delivered within the agreed time after receiving client feedback.
π Shipping & Delivery Rules
- Blaze Infinity does not guarantee same-day physical delivery. Delivery times depend on location and courier availability.
- Digital files are considered delivered once the client has received access to the agreed platform (email, download link, cloud folder, etc.).
- For physical items, risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon courier handover, but we will assist in tracking or resolving courier disputes where possible.
