- All purchases made through blazeinfinity.com are considered final unless otherwise stated.
- We encourage you to review all details (products, services, collaborations) before completing your order.
💳 Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following situations:
- Duplicate Payment – If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
- Service Not Delivered – If a collaboration or service booking was not fulfilled due to our cancellation.
- Damaged / Defective Physical Products (if applicable) – If merchandise arrives damaged, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed collaborations or sponsored content.
- Digital content once accessed/downloaded.
- Change of mind after purchase.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🛑 Cancellations
- Order Cancellations (Merchandise): Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Service/Collaboration Cancellations:
- If you book a collaboration and wish to cancel, please inform us at least 72 hours before scheduled filming/production.
- Cancellations made later than this window may not qualify for a refund.
